Recorded: March 21, 2024 SHRM Credits: 1.5 Course Description: This recorded session will walk attendees through each step of the FMLA process so that they remain legally complaint with the myriad of regulations. Each FMLA form will be covered to demonstrate proper completion. Due to both HR individual and corporate liability, this hands-on training will cover each step HR legally needs to take in administering FMLA. We will also cover specific challenges such as employees refusing to cooperate, what to do when FMLA allotments are exhausted, reinstatement obligations, transfer to another position, and curbing FMLA intermittent leave abuse. NOTICE: Once the course has started the attendee will have 24 Hours to complete the course. After 24 hours the Attendee will no longer have access to the recording or the materials.
